• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• 7zet reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable policy.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, the last confirmed bet will stand.
• Bets placed on events found to be match-fixed or manipulated will be considered void.

• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users.

7zet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, for any reason — particularly in cases of Terms violations.

• Users will be given the opportunity to withdraw their verified balance before an account is closed, unless fraud has been established.
• Users may also request account closure at any time.
• Permanently closed accounts may not be eligible for reactivation.
• A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts (those with no activity for 12 months or more).
